About this concept
What this concept changes
This is a working concept, built from your current site’s logo, colours and content. Nothing here is live, and placeholders are highlighted like this.
| Your site today | This concept |
|---|---|
| Every page has the same title tag, “Spotswood Tax | Taxation”. | Each page has its own title and a complete description, so Google shows the right page for the right search. |
| The four “Read More” buttons on the homepage go nowhere. | Every button leads somewhere: a service, the enquiry form with your situation already picked, or a phone call. |
| Client Resources still shows 2021 key dates, a COVID payments link and the line “This is the BOG one”. | A current key dates section, led by the 31 October client-list deadline, with a live countdown. |
| The search description cuts off mid-word, shared links show the favicon, and pinch-zoom is turned off on phones. | Full descriptions, a proper share image, and pages that zoom and read properly on a phone. |
| Service pages are bare lists ending “please contact our office”, and the form asks only name, phone, email and message. | Services grouped by the situation people are in, and a two-minute enquiry that asks the questions you need to quote. |
Behind the site
Every enquiry lands in an owner app on your phone with the answers laid out as a quote brief, a suggested fixed-fee line and a reply drafted for you to approve. It flags anyone not called back the same business day, quotes with no reply after three days, and clients whose documents are still outstanding after a week. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
